Greg Burns - President

Greg is a Senior Executive Coach, Human Capital Transformation, Learning and Leadership Development consultant with over 25 years of senior executive experience in leading global organizations.

His corporate experience includes serving as the first Chief Learning Officer for Citigroup (and member of the Global HR Operating Committee), where he was responsible for centralizing the strategy and business/regional governance of 109 organizations and 1700 Learning and Development professionals in 41 countries.

He also has significant HR leadership experience with high growth organizations, including serving as the Senior HR Officer for the US Consumer Lending Group and before that as the Senior HR and Learning Director of Citi Cards. Prior to that, he had senior roles in Organizational Capability at Pepsi and Training and HR at Saks Fifth Avenue.

Greg has a BS in Education from SUNY, an MA in Communication Arts from the University of Maryland and an HR Management diploma from New York University. He is a certified Professional Executive Coach, Team Coach and a graduate of the Columbia University Executive Coaching Program. He resides with his wife Patti in Forest Hills, NY.
