Don Hamill

Don is a consultant and HR expert who specializes in transformation, acquisition integration, and restructuring - spanning 30 years supporting world class companies, teams and individuals. He utilizes a balanced strategic and operational approach to assess, align, and engage talent at all levels for peak performance. His client list includes Archroma, Disney, Fujitsu, GMAC Res Cap, Chrysler Financial, Pentair, Platinum Equity, SK Capital Partners, Welsh Carson, yp.com (yellowpages), and many more.

Don has also served in numerous senior executive HR roles including EVP CHRO - Siemens Enterprise Communications, Lead HR Executive Cerberus Operations, VP HR (Europe, Mid East, Africa) and VP Corporate HR - Gateway Computer, as well as VP HR Cole – Haan. He mastered HR tradecraft as Director HR PepsiCo Foods and Beverages International (PFBI) and Director HR National Business Unit, Manager National Safety, and Area ER Manager Northern California - Pepsi-Cola North America (PCNA).

Don holds a BA degree cum laude from Colgate University and an MILR degree from Cornell University. He and his wife Susan have four children and live in Pine Point, Maine

Deborah L. Hadley

Deborah is a Senior Executive Coach and Management Consultant. Her experience spans 20+ years in South Africa, UK, Europe and the USA. Her interest in business optimization and behavioral science is routed in senior management experience as start-up member of technology consulting services companies (IPO NASDAQ), strategic management positions within the technology innovation and delivery divisions of Reuters plc and directing IT for 12 Medicor hospitals from start up to acquisition.

Deborah’s key differentiator as an executive coach is her agility; functional experience in the business trenches, an impactful communication range from junior graduates to board level executives and an ability to apply an entrepreneurial mindset to enterprise growth challenges and opportunity. She is a natural global and cultural connector, having immersion in 8 languages.

Deborah has a DESP Education at Rhodes University, South Africa, and attended The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania, AMP57 Advanced Management Program (Global Succession Track CXO Leaders). She is also a certified Professional Executive Coach and a graduate of the Columbia University Coaching Program. She resides in San Antonio, Texas and Manhattan, New York.

Ken Powell

Ken is an Executive Coach with expertise in career and talent management consulting for executive and entrepreneurial leaders in business, government, and not for profit sectors, ranging from start-up to the world’s largest organizations.

His experience working with top management spans more than 30 years in business management, finance, marketing, and consulting and recognized leadership expertise in business, military, and the community. He has served Right Management for over 12 years with principal focus on C-level executives.

At McKinsey and in his private consulting practice, in addition to coaching scores of senior leaders, he has led engagements in strategic planning, new product and business development, corporate finance, organizational development, management of information, supply chain, commercial real estate, and diversity, across a number of industries such as chemicals, business equipment, consumer marketing, financial services, airlines, entertainment, information technology, electronics, insurance, health care, retail, hospitality, and not for profit. Organizations served ranged from start-ups to Fortune 100 companies (e.g., American Express, Disney, General Mills, Shell Oil, Xerox) to not for profits (e.g., Save the Children, NAACP) to the military (Offices of the Secretary of Defense, Army Chief of Staff). Virtually all of his consulting experience has involved advising top executives and helping them address strategic and tactical business issues, as well as individual performance.

Ken was a Vice President both at Chase Manhattan Bank, where he led strategic management of Chase banking assets and investments in Latin America, the Caribbean region, and Canada, and at Marine Midland Bank (now HSBC, Hong Kong Shanghai Bank), where he managed operating, finance, decision support and top management information systems development units.
Active in the community, Ken has served as President of both the Harvard Business School Association (HBS Alumni worldwide) and the HBS Club of New York, where he is a current board member and former Chair of the Nominating Committee. He is currently President of the Harvard Business School African-American Alumni Association; member and past Vice President of the Board of Managers, and Chair of Nominating Committee of the Harvard Club of New York. He has served on the boards of the Inwood House (Vice President), Jobs for Youth (Chairman) and Safe Horizon, three leading New York City not for profit organizations. He is a U.S. Army Lieutenant Colonel (Ret.), decorated Vietnam Veteran, and Ranger qualified.

Ken holds a BS in Mathematics from Howard University and an MBA with a concentration in finance from Harvard University. He grew up in the deep south and currently resides in New York City.

Minna Pomeroy

Minna is a consultant who has been developing cutting edge Human Resource technology solutions as well as providing professional services in the areas of HR strategy and design, talent acquisition, modern-day performance management, executive coaching, and growth and development. Prior to starting her own firm, Minna held a variety of human resources roles at Citigroup and General Electric, and was the HR Director for an Ebay partnered start-up. At Citi, her true passion and expertise was leading strategic talent management processes.

At different points in her career, she led Talent Acquisition, MBA Development Programs, Succession Planning, Training and Development and the Executive Coaching practice for the Citi Cards organization. She also worked in Buenos Aires, Argentina, where she oversaw the talent and succession planning processes for the Latin American Corporate Bank and developed and launched a Latin American Treasury training program. Her last role at Citi was as Chief of Staff for the Global Head of Human Resources where she was responsible for the Talent Management, Succession Planning, Global Mobility and Performance Management processes globally for Citi.

Minna graduated cum laude from the University of Pennsylvania, holds a BA in Psychology from the University of Pennsylvania and an MBA from Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business. She lives with her husband, Rob and their 2 children in Northbrook, Illinois

Bill Hector

Bill is an executive coach, organization and team development consultant, and learning expert with over 30 years of experience guiding some of the world's largest multinational organizations and their leaders to reach their aspirational goals. As an internal practitioner, Bill drove solutions that helped his clients achieve performance and organization improvement in several industries, namely pharmaceutical (Johnson & Johnson), financial services (Citigroup), professional services (Marsh & McLennan) and consumer manufacturing (Mars, Brother).

Bill has made a substantial difference within organizations. He developed and led Citigroup's largest global high potential accelerator program, coached C- suite executives across all pharma and finance sectors, established team development processes at three organizations, built two corporate universities and facilitated leadership development at highest levels, and led numerous leadership teams through both strategic planning and change management initiatives in support of rapid transformation.

Bill has a BS in Business Administration from Stonehill College and an MS in Organizational Development from American University. He is certified in numerous assessments including DISC, Myers-Brigg, Discovery Insights, FIRO-B and more. He also is an instructor at Cornell University within their e-Cornell program. He and his family live in Watchung, NJ.
 

Mandy Chooi

She has partnered with top leaders in Fortune 500s, including technology, manufacturing, financial services and FMCG firms to transform organizational and leadership practices into innovative and unique approaches that are a competitive advantage. With 20 years experience in global leadership roles and having lived in the US, Europe and Asia, Mandy created and implemented innovative talent strategies that underscore a high performance culture in complex, high stakes environments where true re-invention is the goal.

At both ING and SC Johnson Mandy led the work in creating the culture change needed to deliver the new business strategy. At ING, as the Global Head of Talent, and later the Head of People Strategy & Innovation, the results included a new leadership brand and capabilities development strategy, a transformed performance management approach, joint values & behaviors co-created with employees, and a restructured Leadership Council consisting of the top 40 leaders, all driving the goal of an agile and innovative culture. At SC Johnson, as the Head of Organization & Talent Development, the achievement was a major step up in the effectiveness of the internal talent pipeline.

Mandy has a PhD ABD in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Western University. She lives with her husband, Arno, outside of Amsterdam.

Bob Nesbit

Bob Nesbit is the Managing Partner of Nesbit Partners (www.nesbitpartners.com), a boutique executive search firm that offers a full array of global human capital consulting services while also serving as a go-to resource on the latest topics and trends shaping the ever competitive talent marketplace.

Bob focuses on senior level executive searches in a variety of functions, including General Management, Human Resources, Marketing, Technology, Finance and Operations, for domestic and international clients ranging in size from startup to Fortune 500. His record of success can be attributed to an unusual breadth of experience, having held key leadership roles with mid-cap companies and multinational industry leaders in addition to his years in retained executive search.

Bob began his multi-faceted career in executive search, recruiting Finance and Marketing professionals to major financial institutions and global corporations, before transitioning to corporate Human Resources with Shearson American Express. He continued his Human Resources Management career with Citigroup and Wells Fargo before joining Time Inc., where he built and managed a central staffing function. Leveraging that success, he joined Campbell Soup Company as Vice President of Global Staffing and transformed its worldwide talent acquisition strategy.

He then served as Chief Human Resources Officer for USI Holdings, a midcap insurance broker in the Goldman Sachs Capital Partner portfolio. Bob returned to retained executive search as Managing Director with a respected global search firm in 2008, bringing his professional life full circle.

Throughout his career, Bob has worked with senior leadership, including CEOs and Boards of Directors, in multiple industries, with companies small and large, domestic and global, and yet he maintains an innate curiosity. That curiosity leads him to invest the time to understand his clients’ business challenges and use the resulting insights in a thoughtful, thorough recruiting strategy.
Bob prides himself on his creativity and superior assessment skills that go far beyond job competencies. Taking into consideration the challenges and objectives of both his clients and his candidates is at the heart of Bob’s approach, allowing him to take the executive search process to a deeper level.
